Les loyers progressent le plus à Bron (+2,81 %) et à Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon (+2,73 %) quand ils baissent le plus à Charentay et ses environs (-2,59 %) ou à Villefranche-sur-Saône et ses environs (-2,09 %).
A la vente, les propositions de prix progressent le plus à Oullins (+10,80 %) ou à Caluire-et-Cuire (+10,64 %). Les plus fortes baisses se situent à Bron (-5,75 %) et à Villeurbanne (-4,03 %).
