Ce que j'ai aimé rapidité de l'envoi du modem
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé L'assistance coûte 0,34 centimes par minutes, il faut en moyenne 6 minutes d'attente pour avoir un conseiller... quand il vous conseille, car j'ai de gros soucis avec l'adsl qui s'éteint en cours de connexion, puis le téléphone, impossible d'appeler plus d'une minute sinon ça raccroche au nez ! Et quand on l'explique au (soi-disant) conseiller, il nous fait faire des branchements qui ne mènent à rien car ça ne marche pas !
Je le recommande à... personne
