Ce que j'ai aimé J'ai aimé l'amabilité du service technique et commercial, peu d'attente au téléphone.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Les frais cachés de résiliations, en effet on m a offert 1 mois gratuit pour la hotline, économie de 4 euros sympa. j ai donc au bout de ce mois gratuit demandé à y être abonné, le service technique m'a dit qu il n y avait aucun engagement de durée et que je pouvais résilier ce service quand je le voulais or c'est faux. Attention aussi aux frais de résiliation abonnement normal, seulement certains forfaits sont resiliables sans frais
