Ce que j'ai aimé A vrai dire pas grand chose, l'accès à internet étant plus qu'aléatoire.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé La coupure de réseau à répétition, et un flou artistique dans les tentatives de reconnexion de la part du service d'assistance. Cela fait 2 ans que le problème perdure sans pour autant qu'une lueur d'espoir ne se profile.
Je le recommande à... Je ne le conseille a personne, ayant la ferme intention de changer de fournisseur à la date de renouvellement
Question : Est-il possible de se faire rembourser tout ou partie de l'abonnement au vu du peu d'utilisation et de satisfaction obtenues ?
