Ce que j'ai aimé Pas eu de gros problème à ce jour.Bonne voire très bonne téléphonie. Au début il y a 1 an quelques frayeurs car le soir débit internet médiocre. Amélioré depuis. Il y a 1 mois autre frayeur , coupure de téléphonie 2 jours: cause une mise à jour du soft de la box.Assez bonne réaction de l' assistance assez pro puis tardivement message d'explication.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Lors de la mise à jour du soft et coupure de la téléphonie, aucune info préalable.De façon générale, l'info "état du réseau" est optimiste.
Je le recommande à... Correct même pour un débutant.
