Ce que j'ai aimé Je suis abonné chez AOL depuis 1998. Pendant plusieurs années il était facile de joindre le service technique et commercial (très aimable à l'époque), et nous sommes resté chez eux.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Mais cela s'est dégradé et maintenant plus personnes ne vous répond, même pas le service commercial. Malgré toute ma persévérance, je n'y arrive pas. Je ne sais pas comment c'est ailleurs, mais je n'ai pas le choix, il va bien falloir que j'y aille !
Je le recommande à... Je ne recommande pas, car on a besoin à un moment ou un autre de pouvoir dialoguer avec son FAI.
