Ce que j'ai aimé Chez AOL depuis 1998, la qualité de service et de connexion a toujours été impeccable, ainsi que les upgrades réguliers du navigateur AOL.
Du point de vue vitesse et disponibilité de la ligne cela marche toujours bien malgré le passage chez Neuf
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Depuis la prise de contrôle par Neuf tout se dégrade. La hotline notamment, qui était très compétente et efficace (à Marseille je crois) a dû changer, et a du mal à traiter les demandes, surtout celles relatives aux matériels et logiciels spécifiques AOL . La facturation aussi pose des problèmes incessants.
Je le recommande à... N'allez plus chez AOL
