Ce que j'ai aimé INTERNET : Connexion sans trop de problème, même si j'ai du me débrouiller seul pour connecter un routeur et paramétrer le partage. Débit satisfaisant. Quelques problèmes de mail.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé TELEPHONIE : il faut être un bon technicien pour utiliser son téléphone et savoir : rebooter la Cbox suite aux interruptions régulières de service, rebrancher son combiné sur la prise France Telecom, initialiser la téléphonie ou l'ADSL... La qualité sonore est souvent mauvaise : écho, friture, voix de robot... ASSISTANCE : procédé scandaleux de racket, interlocuteurs incompétents, incompréhensibles, inefficaces et avec un marketing puant !
PS : Je n'ai jamais eu à appeler France Telecom de ma vie, mais avec Cegetel, il faut accepter de raquer pour de médiocres prestations ! Je ne suis pas prêt de passer au dégroupage total.
