Ce que j'ai aimé Modem acheté en 2003 et reçu rapidement, bons contacts avec le service clientèle , remplacement en 48h du CD d'installation endommagé lors d'un changement de PC
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Augmentation surprise et désagréable pour les zones non dégroupées en 2005.
Doit évoluer par rapport aux autres FAI pour soutenir la comparaison...., il perd du terrain
Je le recommande à... débutant , familial
