Ce que j'ai aimé Efficacité des services technique et commercial hotline téléphonique et par chat quand ils fonctionnent
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Impossibilité d'envoi de courriel au "salon technique et commercial" depuis décembre où je suis abonné, suspension du chat avec les services d'aide
Je le recommande à... Pour les débutants compétence des technicien, facilité de branchement. aide précieuse, pas de problème quand les services d'aide par chat et courriel seront en place .
Question : Quand le chat sera-t-il en service et quand le courriel fonctionnera-t-il ? Pourquoi n'y a t-il pas une réduction du coût de la hotline quand les 2 autres moyens d'accès sont inopérants et en travaux ?
