Ce que j'ai aimé J'étais satisfait de Tele 2 tout pendant que je n'avais pas besoin de service hot line
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé La hot line est inaccessible, un vrai passe temps, usant.
Le personnel Tele 2 est formaté, sans solutions face aux problèmes rencontrés.
Le client est livré à lui même, subit de toutes parts, 10, 20, 30, 40 jours le temps nécessaire pour changer de prestataire.
Je le recommande à... Patient, acceptant des complications de toutes natures
Question : Pourquoi cet abus de confiance, quel image, quel intérêt?
Lorsqu'on demande un responsable , pourquoi rien n'est possible?
Lorsqu'on envoie un recommandé, pas de réponse 60 jours plus tard?
Où est le respect du client?
