Ce que j'ai aimé La disponibilité partout, le fonctionnement très fiable de l'Internet, après une tentative avec Cégétel qui a fonctionné 48 h
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Incessantes coupures du téléphone IP nécessitant à chaque fois de réinitialiser la Live box.
La facture mensuelle démentielle.
La hot line pas toujours efficace.
Je le recommande à... pour tous ceux qui ne veulent pas chercher moins cher ailleurs
Question : oui, je me pose la question de changer de FAI. En résidence secondaire (zone non dégroupée) je suis très satisfait d' Alice adsl et si cela perdure j'abandonnerai France Telecom.
