Ce que j'ai aimé Facilité d'installation. Tout a été installé et opérationnel en 10 min.
Pas de soucis particulier sur internet(même si le débit est loin d'atteindre des sommets), ni sur le téléphone (à part quelques comportements étranges parfois). Je reste toute de même abonnée à FT...
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Contact du support par mail : tout est très catégorisé, sauf qu'on ne trouve pas l'objet de sa demande dans les catégories...
Côté télévision, c'est très bien... quand ça marche... La dernière fois que ça a marché ? Ça fait trop longtemps, je ne me souviens plus.
