Ce que j'ai aimé Livebox ok. Pas de Pb tant que l'on ne cherche pas une modif de son abonnement.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Je possède le 8 Méga depuis plus d'un an(seul) J'ai demandé la Télévision en plus, Fourniture de 8 Méga + TV+télephonie d'autorité.
Quel bazar entre le 1014 et le centre d'appel. Plus personne n'y comprend rien.
Question : Oui, un peu plus de coordination entre les services 1014 et le Service clientèle que l'on doit appeler 0,34 Euros la minute !
