Ce que j'ai aimé Amabilité du service clientèle quand on signe chez eux.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé J'ai mis 1/10 parcequ'il n'y avait 0/10. Je suis restée plus d'1 semaine sans téléphone, sans internet. J'en ai eu pour 100 € de portable. J'ai envoyé une lettre A/R j'attends toujours la réponse.
Question : Vexée de n'avoir pas de réponse à ma lettre recommandée, je compte changer de FAI : Alice. J'ai vu beaucoup de sites où les gens n'étaient pas contents du temps de Tiscali. Quand est-il maintenant ?
