Ce que j'ai aimé Techniciens hotline, relativement compétents (ont pu résoudre un pb de téléphonie fixe dans un délai relativement bref).
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Attente du 08/12/2006 au 14/01/2007 sans téléphone et sans internet. Puis interruptions nouvelles des 19/01/2007 au 21/01/2007 et 14/02/ au 16/02/2007. Actuellement je suis, semble-t-il, correctement connecté, mais que me réserve l'avenir ? Pendant ce temps, le service facturation fait des prélèvements sur mon compte en banque car j'ignorais que l'on pouvait refuser les prélèvements mensuels.
