Ce que j'ai aimé Quand tout marche, stabilité du système et peu de problèmes
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Hotline difficile à avoir avec sur facturation. Aucune liaison entre les services commerciaux et techniques d'où aucune explication et une inertie d'intervention pour les dépannages.
Je le recommande à... Service minimal pour les débutants.
Question : Quid du soucis de la qualité client ?
