Ce que j'ai aimé Installation rapide et fiable, pas de soucis particulier. Le débit est bon dans la journée, je suis entre 8 et 10 Méga, proche du central téléphonique.
Service commercial rapide, ainsi que le service technique, j'ai eu un problème en juillet 2006, réglé dans la journée, ils m'ont recontacté à 22 heures pour me signaler que la ligne était réparé.
Les factures sont régulières, j'ai en plus la téléphonie chez eux.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Des micro-coupures sont présentes dans la semaine mais sans gravité. Pour la messagerie, mettre à jour le port smtp.
Je le recommande à... Pour les débutants, c'est simple, connexion rapide et paramétrage simple.
