Ce que j'ai aimé Le dialogue avec le vendeur dans un magasin Darty.
Le temps de mise en service de 15 jours maxi annoncé par le vendeur, et 2 jours et demi dans la réalité.
La fiabilité de la connexion et la qualité du téléphone IP.
La simplicité d'utilisation de la DartyBox.
La qualité de la connexion Wifi, etc...
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé La prise en compte des demandes formulées par e-mail.
Les débits, descendants et montants, inférieurs à ce que peut supporter ma ligne mais supérieurs à ceux de mon précédent FAI.
Je le recommande à... Je recommande vivement ce FAI.
