Ce que j'ai aimé pas de frais de résiliation, modem avec WIFI intégré
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé service après vente injoignable, des gens incompétents et hors du territoire , temps d'attente infini
Je le recommande à... qui n'a pas besoin de dépannage en téléphonie ou Internet , a proscrire pour les néophytes en Internet .
Question : pourquoi le service après vente est-il aussi peu adapté ?
