Ce que j'ai aimé J'y suis restée plus de sept ans, je n'ai jamais eu de problème, ça marche, même en 512 ça allait plus vite que deux mégas de wanadoo. Et simple... Pourquoi nous ont ils vendus au neuf, ça rame à mort maintenant que le neuf a pris le contrôle...
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé C'est vrai que la hotline, faut s'accrocher et investir pour avoir quelqu'un au bout du fil, mais ils répondent très bien par mail, et chaque fois que je me suis plainte, j'ai toujours eu des remises commerciales sur mon abonnement, (des mois gratuits), et aimables...
Je le recommande à... C'est facile, même un débutant peut installer facilement le logiciel, el l'aol box est très simple d'utilisation.
Question : Pourquoi ça ne marche plus correctement, avec le neuf ? même l'écran d'accueil met énormément de temps à s'ouvrir alors qu'avec AOL c'était instantané.
