Ce que j'ai aimé Rapidité de mise à disposition adsl + téléphonie (10 jours) débit + qualité du son de la téléphonie au rendez-vous ( quoique 4 méga au lieu des 8 annoncés ).
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Orange m'a fourni un nouveau numéro de téléphone "vérolé" d'appels multiples d'automates appelant un ancien n° que j'ai récupéré... J'ai donc eu recours à la hotline qui se contente de me renvoyer à la collectivité en charge de ces ouvrages qui me dérangent quotidiennement à 1h00 du mat, par 3 appels de sources différentes, c'est affolant !
Commercialement, Orange est en dessous de zéro, des rappels promis ne sont pas honorés. Les conseillers parfois à peine francophones pas plus à la hauteur que ceux des autres FAI...
