Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Hotine avec attente de plus d'une heure...J'ai déménagé (500 mètres), j'ai gardé le même numéro de téléphone mais ils ont été incapable de transférer ma ligne. Au bout de trois mois sans internet, j'ai décidé de résilier... En revanche, les prélèvements ont naturellement continué...
