Ce que j'ai aimé Pas de problème de connexion, une hotline facile d'accès et gratuite
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé La hotline ne répond pas toujours aux questions, le prix de l'abonnement France Télécom est inclus alors que je veux garder mon abonnement chez France Télécom

Question : Pourquoi avec Alice, j'ai deux micros-coupures : une à 23h10 et l'autre à 01h10?
