Ce que j'ai aimé La hotline sympa, la rapidité de livraison de la neufbox.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Un mois et demi et toujours pas d'internet, ni téléphone, ni télévision. Ils proposent des services qu'ils sont incapables de fournir. Maintenant l'internet marche. Au max j'arrive à 300kb/s pour une offre 100Mb. Impossible de rencontrer un vendeur agréé. Les coupures n'arrêtent pas, impossible de télécharger un gros fichier ou regarder une vidéo en streaming.
Un conseil: pour ne pas payer la hotline, allez chez le vendeur (comme phone house par exemple), ils téléphoneront pour vous.
Neuf telecom est une honte. J'aimerais qu'ils soient punis pour leurs fautes.
