Ce que j'ai aimé Le jour où j'ai enfin pu résilier mon contrat
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé 3 ans chez eux, souvent embêté, et service client pas aimable du tout voire malpoli.
Quand enfin je me décide à résilier mon contrat, c'est appel sur ligne surtaxé obligatoire (10 mn minimum) pour la procédure + 45€ frais résiliation + envoi en recommandé du modem (15€) ET cerise sur le gâteaux, entre l'envoi du modem et la réception de leur part : encore un mois de facturation. Résultat : on paye pendant un mois (voire plus selon la date d'envoi) une prestation que l'on ne peut plus avoir puisque l'on n'a plus le modem.
