Ce que j'ai aimé Appel pour dépannage gratuit.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Réponse d'Alice dans les 3 minutes, mais ensuite il faut attendre longuement qu'un conseiller soit libre, dans 99% des cas il est incompétent et ne peut résoudre le problème, il demande de patienter, il disparait ,ne revient pas et on raccroche. Le forfait comprend la télé alors que nous sommes dans une zone non dégroupée.
