Ce que j'ai aimé Aucun suivi, service clientèle épuisant,
services techniques complètement dépassés.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Ne jamais avoir affaire à la même personne, et surtout impossibilité totale de parler à un responsable.
Question : Comment joindre un responsable qui aurait le courage d'assumer toutes ces négligences ?
