Ce que j'ai aimé rapidité de mise en service 3 jours pour le téléphone. Facilite d'installation de la box et de la wifi (je suis novice). Explication du personnel Darty ordinateur très bien. Dans l'ensemble le personnel hotline agréable, patient car novice, explication bien sauf pour le téléphone.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé téléphone dégroupage total depuis 3 semaines on m'entend très très mal jusqu'à raccrocher, alors que moi impeccable pour l'écoute. La hotline me dit de débrancher la prise et de la remettre, bidon car cela continue
