Ce que j'ai aimé La ponctualité du technicien arrivée à l'heure dite pour l'installation matériel de ma ligne, sur mon domicile.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Près d'un mois et toujours pas de live box et de décodeur tv en vu (par contre le DG a bien été prélevé).
Mensonges sur mensonges des différents intervenants de la hot line. A chaque appel ils rajoutent une semaine d'attente supplémentaire, à l'origine 15 jours max.. J'ai fait opposition du premier prélèvement, et je viens de faire partir une mise en demeure.
Je le recommande à... Aucune idée, je n'ai pas accès au service par manque de matériel.
Question : Orange devrait embaucher des techniciens confirmés, plutôt que des commerciaux.
