Ce que j'ai aimé Rien
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Qualité de la prestation, dans une grande ville, connexion de très mauvaise qualité (TV , images et sons hachés), soit pas de connexion du tout. Si problèmes (perte de connexion),Hotline lente (payante au temps, chercher la cause).
Je le recommande à... Aucun
Question : comment les obliger à arrêter un abonnement? Le service clients d'Orange ne répond pas à une lettre simple de résiliation et continue à prélever les mensualités.
