Ce que j'ai aimé Pionnier des abonnés dès l'ouverture, je ne peux que noter l'amélioration continue, le sérieux du suivi.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Une information utilisateur un peu difficile d'accès au début, seul le dialogue avec la hotline permettant de comprendre certains services : ex. la double mosaïque, bouquet TV, bouquet Orange.
Je le recommande à... Débutant, ou non technophiles ; le service est tout compris !
