Ce que j'ai aimé pour dire quelque chose : la facilité d'installation de la live box
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Tout le reste : quand un problème apparaît, les personnes au bout du fil de la hotline ne sont pas agréables, ne règlent pas les problème. J'ai dépensé des fortunes avec mon forfait portable pour les joindre une vingtaine de fois sans solution, je restai parfois 1 heure entière à faire et refaire des manips qu'un technicien m'avais fait faire quelques jours avant, en vain. Je paye pour du vent depuis 3 mois !
