Ce que j'ai aimé Facile à installer
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Dès qu'une panne survient, Free est aux abonnés absent. Plusieurs semaines pour se faire livrer un bloc d'alimentation (facturé sans retard en revanche). Hotline injoignable (mais très coûteuse). En attendant, abonnement facturé mais service non rendu. Mais pourquoi Free ferait-il un effort ? Le client est captif (frais de résiliation élevés).

Question : Quand les class actions seront-elles permises que les consommateurs puissent enfin se défendre ?
