Ce que j'ai aimé La proximité des boutiques pour vous abonner et changer d'offre. Après ne compter plus sur eux, c'est la hot line !
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Le prix, mais il était l'unique FAI. Les performances en bout de ligne, les mini-coupures fréquentes et une hot line peu performante. Il faut au moins trois appels payants pour être compris et satisfait.
Je le recommande à... Tous les utilisateurs pour de l'usage domestique, la messagerie n'est pas plus compliquée qu'une autre messagerie.
Le site est convivial.
Question : Pour les échanges vous obtenez souvent des box rafraichies, pas toujours compatibles avec Vista. Au bout de six ans j'espérais une box neuve et peut-être une promotion tarifaire.
