Ce que j'ai aimé Qualité de service excellente. Abonnement via les boutiques rapide activation en 4 jours, installation simple... rien a dire.
TV de bonne qualité, débit aussi bon que mon ex FAI et service client aimable.
La possibilité d'aller changer le matériel en boutique si problème identifié par la hotline.
Appel au SAV moins coûteux que chez certains. Véritable convergence fixe / mobile. De la qualité ...
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Offre encore "jeune" comparée à ses principaux concurrents, le bouquet TV est moins riche mais laissons faire le temps.
Je le recommande à... Tous le monde.
