Ce que j'ai aimé Pas de soucis de mise en place, service fournit pendant 4 ans sans problèmes réelles, avec un déménagement qui s'est passé sans trop de soucis
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Dernier déménagement avec passage au dégroupage total = un enfer, conseillers plus que moyen (mais j'en ai eu un très compétent quand même) des erreurs sur la mise à jour de mon dossier et finalement une résiliation à leur service qui ne vient pas de mon fait. Grosses difficultés dans la gestion de problèmes par rapport à votre compte (certains opérateurs ne semble pas savoir ce que veut dire "synchronisation", un comble)
Je le recommande à... à prendre en priant pour ne pas avoir de soucis dans la gestion de votre compte par la suite
