Ce que j'ai aimé La TV marche bien, le décodeur a des tendances à freezer, mais dans l'ensemble ça fonctionne. Pas de pb non plus sur l'internet (debit OK, pas de coupures, wi-fi fonctionne bien).
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Le téléphone... nous voilà abonnés depuis un an... et toujours pas de téléphone (enfin, pas plus de 2min après un reboot). Et avec Neuf, mieux vaut ne pas avoir de pb car la hotline est on ne peut plus inefficace. Sur les 3 premiers mois, nous avons appelé 10 fois (plus de 30min a chaque fois...) avec une promesse de résolution à chaque fois; sans jamais aucun effet. Là ou ça devient marrant c'est que, quand vous appelez le service technique, vous devez juste après appeler le même numéro, pour avoir le service commercial, pour demander le remboursement des communications... Un vrai manque d'organisation. Rien que pour ça, ne vous abonnez pas.
