Ce que j'ai aimé Rien...
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Tout : la qualité de n'importe quel service à nulle... ADSL 24Mbit/s "théorique"... Alors qu'en réalité je tourne aux alentours de 1Mbit/s, c'est n'importe quoi !
J'ai eu un problème en février 2008, ils ont mis 3 mois à le réparer en me disant "Oui, ce sera réparé en fin de semaine ou début de la semaine prochaine.". C'est devenu n'importe quoi, au début quand je me suis inscrit chez Neuf (après avoir testé AOL, Wanadoo puis Orange qui a racheté Wanadoo), je voulais une bonne connexion (stable et relativement rapide). Au début ça allait mais là, ça empire de jour en jour...
Je le recommande à... Ceux qui aimeraient avoir un prétexte pour tout casser chez eux...
