Ce que je n'ai pas aimé -le service technique
- le service clientèle
- le service commercial
Rien ne fonctionne plus d'1h chez Numericable; dès la mise en route, ç'était catastrophique. Il ne maîtrise rien. 5 passages de techniciens, des semaines de cauchemar pour une résiliation dans la douleur. en attendant qu'un VRAI opérateur tire sa fibre chez moi, je suis enchanté par les services d'Alice
Je le recommande à... à personne
Question : que fait l'ARCEP pour continuer à autoriser cet opérateur à sévir?
