Ce que j'ai aimé Pour moi, la connexion a toujours été fiable, et m'a permis de partager le wifi avec les voisins
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé SAV nul. On m'a rajouté des options que je n'ai jamais demandées, facturées 12 euros de plus au mois, puis on prétend me faire un "geste commercial" en diminuant ma prochaine facture de... 10E ! (et non pas 12). Question s'adresser au SAV, que ce soit la rubrique commerciale ou technique, munissez-vous de patience, ils n'ont visiblement pas envie de vous entendre.
Je le recommande à... Les pigeons qui ne vérifient pas leurs factures.
