Ce que j'ai aimé Interface de la neufbox claire. Pas de frais de location, ni de dépôt de garantie pour le matériel.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Assistance et service client délocalisé on ne sait où, avec des gens qui ne comprennent rien à ce qu'on leur dit. Un déménagement de ligne pour eux semble trop difficile.
Je le recommande à... Personne, ou des personnes très très calme.
