Ce que j'ai aimé La rapidité de connexion. Cinq jours pour obtenir la ligne ADSL, le téléphone ainsi que le décodeur TV.
C'est après que cela se gâte.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Les mauvais renseignements de la hotline. L'incompréhension du SAV des questions posées.
L'accès à la messagerie est constamment arrêtée pour demander le mot de passe ! Très désagréable.
Je le recommande à... Il est préférable d'avoir un technicien auprès de soi pour tout installer. Ce n'est pas la hotline qui vous aidera.
Question : Selon votre publicité, j'ai écrit en recommandé pour obtenir un technicien à domicile. Il n'est JAMAIS venu, j'ai du payer pour faire faire l'installation par un informaticien.
