Ce que j'ai aimé à vrai dire, pas grand chose, car la qualité à lourdement baissée du passage de club internet à SFR
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé On nous a imposé un changement de FAI, nous sommes passés de CI à SFR, sans avoir la même qualité de service.
Les promesses non tenues par téléphone.
Pas de possibilité d'accéder à sa facturation sur votre espace perso.
Un manque de visibilité sur la page entre ancien client Ci neufbox, AOL et SFR, c'est le gros bazar.
Coupure régulière du téléphone et d'internet.
Nous attendons tjs la facture papier promise par téléphone. Facture papier payante à 5 euros.
En gros nous regrettons club internet car nous n avons jamais eu le MOINDRE problème
