Ce que j'ai aimé le prix annoncé au départ mais jamais respecté suite à des facturations vers mobile dont je ne suis pas l'auteur.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé délais d'attente pour le branchement trop long. S.A.V. nul, aucune suivi clientèle, les techniciens n'existent pas sûrement. Les appels service clientèle se trouvent à l'étranger, alors si l'interlocuteur ne comprend pas le français, bonjour pour lui expliquer votre problème. Bref, publicité mensongère à la télé en ce qui concerne la suivi clientèle.
Je le recommande à... ceux qui aiment bien payé des factures importantes sans râler.Je ne recommande à personne ce FAI
