"Critique  envers  l'absence  totale  d'assistance "

Ce que je n'ai pas aimé l'absence  , le  dédain  complet  du client des réponses  fuyantes  et inexactes alors  que  ses problèmes ont été signalés  il y a 2mois  avec  25 rappels par téléphone   3mails  3 courriers  3 lettres recommandés avec  Accusé réception  Et toujours en attente.    Totalement  insatisfait  et ne recommande  pas orange
Je le recommande à... aucun
Question : une réponse et une assistance réelle Attention à l'adresse  qui est "boiteuse " depuis 2 mois  et sans espoir de guérison C'est réellement  le Grand Bazar et non recommandable  En revanche  je fais  le tour de France  et du Maghreb lors  des  contacts  téléphoniques
