Ce que j'ai aimé Je modifierai mon commentaire si je trouve quelque chose de positif à l'usage...
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé Pas de connexion internet pendant plus de 2 mois: dégroupage total abusif (alors que j'avais bien spécifié au service commercial: PAS DE DEGROUPAGE TOTAL !
A ma demande, rétablissement de la ligne par FT, puis re-dégroupage total de SFR... Par principe, je devrais à nouveau réactiver ma ligne chez FT... mais la disponibilité et les temps d'attente du 1013 et du 1014 sont décourageants. Je laisse courir pour l'instant: pour la première fois depuis longtemps, Internet et mon téléphone fonctionnent ... (pourvu que ça dure...)
Je le recommande à... utilisateurs aux nerfs solides...
