For 6 servings:
  •   1 lb salmon filets
  •   1 lemon
  •   dill or fennel sprigs
  •   3 tablespoons olive oil
  •   salt and pepper

    1. 1     Cut the salmon into thin strips.
    2. 2     Prepare the marinade in a bowl: mix together the olive oil, dill or finely chopped fennel, a drop of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Don't use more than a quarter of the lemon.
    3. 3     Pour the marinade over the salmon. Cook and leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
    Finishing touches... This recipe is really easy as there is no cooking involved. You simply need to leave it to stand.
