For 8 servings:
  •   1 cup of flour
  •   1 cup of runny honey
  •   ¼ cup brown sugar
  •   3 ½ fl oz single cream
  •   1 tablespoons dried yeast
  •   1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  •   ½ teaspoon of ground allspice
  •   ½ teaspoon of ground aniseed

    1. 1     Mix all the ingredients in a food processor
    2. 2     Grease a loaf tin and pour in the mixture
    3. 3     Bake in oven preheated to 340°F/170°C/gas mark 6
    Finishing touches... Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
