For 8 servings:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of runny honey
¼ cup brown sugar
3 ½ fl oz single cream
1 tablespoons dried yeast
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
½ teaspoon of ground allspice
½ teaspoon of ground aniseed
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor

Grease a loaf tin and pour in the mixture

Bake in oven preheated to 340°F/170°C/gas mark 6
Finishing touches...
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
