This recipe was given to me by a friend of mine from the West Indies "

For 25 servings:
4 cups white rum (55°)
4 cups orange juice
4 cups pineapple juice
4 cups guava juice
4 cups of tropical juice
approximately 10 tablespoons of sugar syrup
To decorate:
1 grapefruit
1 orange
2 banana
2 apples

Pour all the liquids into a large bowl and leave to stand for 24 hours.

The following day cut up the fruit into chunks and add to the liquid. Leave to soak for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, it is ready to serve. To be drunk in moderation!

Where possible, make 48 hours before serving. |
